Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications,
servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Manage design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Manage Windows-based servers and infrastructure on public clouds.
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and
monitoring performance.
• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Requirements and Skills:
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computerhardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other
Windows-based systems), security, network and systems administration, data storage systems, phone systems, Azure, and Windows Server.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations.
