You will be responsible for bearing design, DFMEA, QFD, GD&T, new product development, APQP, root cause analysis, tooling design, process design, customer and supplier interaction, program management, sample development, testing, RFQ handling, technical and costing proposal, and understanding bearing manufacturing processes. Experience in creating manufacturing facilities is preferable.
- Bearing design
- DFMEA, QFD, GD&T, new product development, APQP, root cause analysis
- Tooling design and process design
- Customer and supplier interaction, program management, sample development and testing
- RFQ handling, technical and costing proposal
- Understanding of bearing manufacturing processes like grinding, assembly, heat treatment, etc.
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on skills in CAD software such as Creo, Autocad
- Understanding of bearing application and life analysis
- Experience in a bearing company is preferable
- Knowledge of tools manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
- Innovative thinking,
