Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect Specialist to join Design department at a top real estate company renowned for delivering innovative and high-quality projects. In this pivotal role, you will drive the quality of architectural design, foster seamless interdepartmental collaboration, oversee project management, ensure flawless site execution, and implement efficient processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture, you will play a key role in shaping the vision and execution of our landmark projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Quality
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative product concepts and comprehensive design briefs.
• Enhance space planning and design to add value and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Define and finalize project specifications, driving informed decision-making to meet high-quality standards.
Interdepartmental Communication
• Facilitate seamless coordination between internal teams and external consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain proactive and responsive communication to address issues promptly and effectively.
• Review architectural drawings and streamline information flow to support cross-functional collaboration.
Project Management Deliverables
• Conduct thorough design reviews and evaluate detailed design documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor consultant performance to uphold quality benchmarks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables across all sites to maintain schedule adherence.
Site Execution
• Assess site conditions and address their implications to ensure design integrity during execution.
• Conduct site inspections to validate adherence to approved designs and resolve execution challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project progress.
Process Implementation & Team Management
• Develop and implement process mappings to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to maximize productivity and innovation.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals and uphold design excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design software.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Attributes: Achievement-oriented, intellectually curious, and people-focused with a commitment to excellence.
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 10-15 years of total experience, with 5-8 years in a design consultancy firm preferred.
