We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.
In this role, you will:
• Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios.
• Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing.
• Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Tests, Regression Testing
• Developing corrective actions to help resolve bugs.
• Identify data requirements
• Execute test cases
• Raise defects
• Retest and close/reopen defects
• Responsible for development and maintenance of Payroll Automation Regression Suite
• Contribute in status reporting to test lead/manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP- Payroll processes and knowledge of TOSCA Automation Tool to build regression suite.
• Hands on testing experience in SAP Payroll (SF ECPY along with P2P replication). Certifications (like SAP - HCM, HRM, Payroll) would be added advantage.
• Should have experience on wage type testing, Payroll calculation, off cycle payroll, Pay slip validation.
• Should have knowledge of payroll processing, log and validations, postings activities.
• Should have knowledge on SAP info types, screens, t.codes, tables and process flow,
• It would be good to have knowledge of HR processes e.g. Employee Central in Success Factors. Should have expertise in Automation Testing (hands-on experience in TOSCA Tool is preferable)
• Responsible for development, maintenance and troubleshooting related to automation Regression Suite. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle (STLC).
• Should have experience in developing Test Cases, Test Case Execution, Defect Management and experience on Quality Centre/ Jira or any other test management tool
Requirements
We are looking for SucessFactor or SAP Payroll, Benefits and Time-off tester who would assess software quality through manual and automation tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within an application before it gets deployed to everyday users. The prosperous candidate must be able to perform testing Scope Identification, Design the Test Cases, Test Execution, Reporting to the test manager. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the SucessFactor Payroll & Benefits and elements unique to the payroll processing, demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle. Must have Functional knowledge to support regression/Service pack testing.
