Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure reservations and bookings
• Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, are obtained in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide detailed information about their travel plans
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and itineraries
• Monitor and address any issues or challenges that arise during the travel period
• Provide on-site support and assistance to clients during their trips, if required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel regulations
Qualifications:
• Graduate with excellent command of English (verbal and written communication skills)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and service providers
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of various travel destinations
• Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and other relevant software
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred, but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
