Understanding the customer requirement
2. Making quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
3. Offering the best price from a sales perspective
4. Arranging hotel booking, flight booking, other transport bookings as per the travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority
5. Communicating with suppliers & service providers
6. Following up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
