Job Title: TPA Coordinator (with Reception Support Role)
Location: Spandan Multi-Speciality Hospital & ICU, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Department: TPA / Billing / Reception
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Hospital/TPA experience preferred)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced TPA Coordinator who will primarily handle insurance and TPA-related work and also support reception activities. The candidate should ensure smooth cashless approvals, patient coordination, and proper front desk support to maintain efficient hospital operations.
Primary Responsibilities (TPA Coordinator)
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless approvals
Verify patient insurance documents and policy details
Submit pre-authorization and final bills to TPA/Insurance companies
Follow up for approvals, queries, and claim settlements
Maintain proper documentation of all TPA cases
Coordinate with doctors, billing team, and nursing staff for required medical documents
Ensure smooth and timely discharge of TPA patients
Handle claim rejections and resubmissions
Maintain daily TPA reports and MIS
Build good relationships with TPA representatives and insurance companies
Attend all other reception responsibilities.
Required Skills
Knowledge of hospital TPA and insurance process
Good communication and patient handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Hospital Software)
Front desk and coordination ability
Qualification
Graduate in any field.
Experience in hospital TPA or Reception preferred
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
