Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Discharge cards.
2. Respond to queries from TPA and Insurance
3. Fill out pre-authorisation forms
4. Verification of Patient history Doc vs Patient
4. Manage TPA admissions.
5. Fill out reimbursement forms.
6) Prepare MLC.
7) Denial cases Investigations
8) Exclusion items analysis on Final approvals
+) Preferential support for higher-class patients.
