• Tax Practitioners Board, Law and Compliance • Various locations in ACT, NSW, QLD, TAS & VIC • Ongoing/non-ongoing, full-time/part-time, $145,264 - $173,031 + 15.4% super We are seeking a proactive, strategic and experienced leader to join our Law and Compliance team within the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). As a Senior Director, you’ll be the principal expert providing strategic and technical advice particularly in relation to compliance matters, leadership and overall direction for resolving matters that are that are high risk, uncertain or precedential importance. An essential part of this role is to ensure cross team and business line collaboration and engagement. You will develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, resolve conflict, and manage sensitive and complex issues. You’ll be a key member of the TPB leadership team, working to support the Executive and Board to influence, manage change, and deliver on strategic objectives across the executive leadership group. You will be responsible for managing staff at the Executive level 1 and Executive level 2 classification, and lead programs of work across our Law and Compliance area. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta or Sydney CBD.
