Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for using tractors, gang mowers, plow snow, and other grounds equipment to service all grounds maintenance requirements and ensures the grounds are clean, safe and attractive
Operates medium and/or large tractor, gang mowers (not to exceed a total weight of 25,000 lbs) and other ground equipment (weed eaters, chain saws and brush cutters, etc.)

Provides and maintains all grass cutting equipment for grounds maintenance
Items include, but not limited to, mowers, lawn vacuum/blowing devices, tractors, equipment with mowing accessories, string trimmers, landscape edgers and other equipment as required to perform work under this functional area
Responsible for grass cutting in designated areas and to be accomplished in a manner such that it is not uneven or rough and is free of scalping, rutting, and bruising
Remove rubbish, debris, trash from the maintenance area and along the foundation walls
Operate snowplows to remove snow from maintenance area, spread salt on grounds, and shovel side walks
Position duties require working outside in the weather
Work site location can include steep inclines, such as slopes, hills, and uneven ground surfaces
Position may require working in high places such as scaffolding, ladders, man baskets, and/or cherry pickers

Skookum is seeking a reliable Tractor Operator with a helpful attitude. This individual will be responsible for using tractors, gang mowers, plow snow, and other grounds equipment to service all grounds maintenance requirements and ensures the grounds are clean, safe and attractive.
Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
