About the Role
Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of Process Service Delivery, serving as an internal and external escalation point, and providing technical operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks within prescribed SLAs
Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively
Provide guidance and support to team members on individual and team challenges
Spearhead process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency
Requirements:
Adequate understanding of Trade related rules and guidelines as commissioned by ICC, ICC UCP, URC, etc.
Good understanding of legal, credit, and operational risks in handling of Trade product services
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Flexible to work in late night shifts
CDCS Certification is an added advantage
