Trade Counter Salesperson / Internal Sales Specialist
My client is a successful well established supplier of products for the construction industry with a multi-branch network. They are looking for an experienced customer service / sales professional to work in their busy branch.
The role
Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
Selling their full range of products for both trade and DIY retail customers
Giving excellent customer service and product advice at all times
Providing quotes for customers
Taking a proactive approach to sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
Working within a team to ensure the customer receives high levels of customer service to ensure repeat business
Person Requirements
Confident both face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to build strong customer relationships
A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Confident when dealing with customers
The ability to build great customer relationships
A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate
