Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Trade Engagement Coordinator to join our Planning Department, based at our Perth CBD Head Offfice.
THE ROLE
Duties
As a Trade Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising the utilisation of our trade workforce across various major client sites, ensuring effective communication and scheduling according to work demands and individual availability. Duties include:
Building and maintaining relationships across a high volume of employees
Being the first point of contact for all Trade personnel
Actively engaging with personnel regularly to ensure their work preferences are current and all unavailable periods and interactions have been recorded
Ensure planned work adheres to fatigue guidelines and stipulations
Reviewing planning workflows and work requests with personnel
Working closely with internal Planning teams to ensure labour plans are met, whilst maintaining a thorough understanding of current client requirements and processes
Providing clear communication with relevant internal departments regarding plans, requirements, and information distribution
Identifying opportunities for upskilling personnel aligned with both the business and client requirements
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
Be people focused, providing genuine empathy and care for employees
High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office
