Salary Budget : UPTO 12 LPA
Job Profile :
We are seeking a dedicated Trade Finance and Banking Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end transaction handling, including invoice preparation, LC and Bank Guarantee document preparation, and regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Handling :
• Manage end-to-end transaction handling, including invoice and other LC and Bank Guarantee document preparation.
• Regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee Management :
• Issue LCs or Bank Guarantees for our services, including negotiating with banks to place transactions under bilateral facilities.
• Handle the creation checking, and processing of LC documents as per UCP and ISBP standards.
• Manage documents for acceptance and payments, and interact with operations daily to minimize discrepancies.
Contract and Documentation Review :
• Review contracts for all transactions to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
• Ensure any costs agreed upon by Trade Finance are correctly allocated to the separate deal Profit and Loss accounts in close cooperation with Deals Desk personnel.
Financial Record Management :
• Control timely entries in Tally for all bank payments and receipts with proper supporting documentation.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and periodic bank balance confirmation.
Bank Coordination :
• Monitor and follow up with banks for various advice, documents, and other requirements as needed by colleagues.
• Handle import payment documentation
