Job Description for TFX as below :
Acquisition of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on dealing with all HNI & Ultra HNI clients. Acquisition of corporate clients primarily for trade transactions. Servicing of existing client base ensuring the timely execution of transactions with excellent service levels Increasing the wallet share of existing and attrite clients resulting in growth in Fees, CASA and Deposits. Advisory to clients on overview of foreign currency markets and hedging the exposure. Extending working capital needs to cater the various business requirement of the clients. Scoping and targeting of overall corporate and personal banking requirement of the clients to achieve 100% wallet share Assisting clients with foreign currency funding using available trade products Increased customer satisfaction by resolving trade products related issues Resolved transaction level problems, improved operations and provided exceptional client support. Handling of Capital Account Transactions like FDI, ODI ECB etc. from business point of view. Experience in handling LC, Bank Guarantee, LC Discounting, Export Bill Negotiation Foreign Currency Funding Rate Booking and Handling Export Imp
