Trade FX Sales - ( WD4502+ )Job Title: Portfolio Manager - ODEXSection/ Business Area IBG 4Job Status Permanent/ Full TimeJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesArticulate the key benefits of the ABL, OAOS (Online Account Opening System) platforms with potential partners in order to leverage our existing build / product proposition & drive meaningful value exchange at scale.Engage with potential ecosystem partners across diverse industry segments for alternate data based lending, liability opportunities e.g. B2B e-comm, Tax and legal filing, Accounting platforms, Payment gateways, loan selection platforms, Agri-tech equipment financing, Kirana tech etc.Identify key market trends, replicable use cases that can then be translated into concrete product requirements, packaged / commercialized respectively in order to capture market share in specific industry segments / subsegments.Develop a good connect with the fintech community, relevant industry associations in order to gather emerging perspectives, embed DBS in topical industry conversations.Ability to collaboratively work alongside the product team and other key stakeholders within the organization e.g. GTS, T&M to jointly deliver solutions, joyful customer experiences.Manage the existing tactical, ecosystem partnerships with a focus on delivering the identified success metrics.Develop a good understanding of governance around partnerships and work closely with product partners, supports units like RMG / LCS / GPS to ensure adequate oversight, risk controls are in place / being adhered to.Core CompetenciesGood written / verbal communication, analytical & presentation skillsSelf-driven, outcome-orientatedGreat relationship building, project management skillsGood understanding of business banking products, operational proceduresFamiliarity with the fintech space, emerging product & market infrastructure platforms, competitor offerings to assist in meaningful dialogue with clientsEducation / Preferred QualificationsGraduate from recognized university (min) / MBA with 8 years experience in sales / partnership management preferably in the SME space
