GENERAL FUNCTION –
The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the execution and operational excellence of trade marketing initiatives across multiple iconic eyewear and wearables brands. This role serves as a critical liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors—ensuring permanent fixtures, promotional materials, and marketing programs are ordered, tracked, delivered, and executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across brands and product categories.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Marketing & Merchandising (40%) Serve as a supporting role to initiate and execute Marketing tool launches, including campaign execution, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing activations. Provide support to the Trade Marketing Manager on digital assets and executions, for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Execute and Maintain Visual Merchandising standards per Global Guidelines. Sales & Marketing Support (20%) Serve as the day-to-day support contact for sales teams through cross-functional communications related to Brand and Trade Marketing needs to resolve requests efficiently and accurately. Marketing Operations (40%) Run, maintain, and publish weekly reporting needs for all Marketing Materials. Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and availability to support sales and marketing needs. Coordinate and execute Tailor-Made requests (Permanent & Seasonal) from sales team for all marketing materials.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
2-3 years of related experience in Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing Project Management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and timelines simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Interest in retail marketing, visual merchandising, and brand execution across physical and digital touchpoints.
