Job Description
1. Conceptualize and Prepare customer specific Trade promotion plans to drive revenue growth in the trade channel
2. Monitor the execution of the plans by the sales team
3. Utilize the Trade Promotion budget in driving activities in the channel and Track budget and ROI
4. Ensure compliance regarding the schemes and activities in the trade channel
5. Meet the Super Stockist and Super Stockist sub-dealers regularly to get feedback on market activities – 10 to 12 days in the month
6. Drive communication regularly on pricing and schemes to the sales team
7. Identify market / customer needs and develop market appropriate products
8. Prepare for and work with the sales team to launch products in the dealer network
+. Organize engagement activities, meetings, trade shows
10. Increase share of wallet and brand mix by engaging with the Super Stockist and Dealers
11. Study the market (market mapping), competition and develop strategies for entry into new channels like pharmacy
12. Develop communication plans for the sales team to engage effectively with the customers
13. Monitor KPIs around top line, GP targets & no. of parties billed – tweak/optimize schemes for the coming quarter
14. Track competition initiatives/schemes, new entrants, etc.
15. Deliver sales targets for legacy portfolio through SS
