Job Description
The Cash & Trade Proc Supv is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring Operations Readiness and related coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to apply working knowledge of technical concept to recommend process improvements, manage personnel and complete team deliverables efficiently.
Responsibilities:
PVT Coordination
Sanity Coordination
Tracking BoW for Trade
Demo and Training for new functions and training material creation.
Expertise to be developed for Trade Products, Operations Processes and systems like CSF, ARDF, TRIMS, Imaging, OCR, CSF, CitiDirect, TAOS, GPOS, CitiConnect, GTOAP, GIS, TDMS, etc.
Critical issues escalation
Ad hoc Ops projects coordination
SME support to Ops
BRD / FRD review
Testing Sign off coordination
Commercialization tracking
Coordinating UAT Test scenarios walkthrough
CD PVT execution
Operational efficiency programs
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a related role
Demonstrated experience with cash management processing and transaction services
Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills
Effective management, influencing and relationship skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
