We are seeking dynamic, well-connected B2B sales professionals with specialized experience in luxury rugs, carpets, or bespoke textile interiors. This is a commission-only role suited for individuals with strong networks in:
• Luxury hospitality procurement
• Interior design and architecture studios
• High-end rug/furniture showrooms
• Global sourcing agents or export buyers
Ideal for freelancers, consultants, ex-industry professionals, or agents who appreciate craftsmanship and storytelling, and wish to monetize their networks flexibly.
You bring to the table:
• Proven B2B sales experience in luxury interiors or textiles—especially rugs or bespoke carpets
• Expertise in product knowledge—materials, weaving techniques, craftsmanship, and customization
• Consultative selling skills with architects, designers, hospitality professionals, or HNIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
• A passion for design-led stories, artisanal craft, and premium lifestyle products
The Role
As our B2B Sales Partner, you’ll embody the brand’s essence—actively selling while telling a story of artistry and design. Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and engaging potential B2B clients—interior designers, architects, furniture studios, hospitality projects
• Delivering bespoke consultations, presenting our luxury collections, craftsmanship, and customization capabilities
• Building long-term relationships to generate repeat business
• Representing DOTS Living at design shows, exhibitions, and networking events—bringing our design narrative to life
• Collaborating internally to help expand collections based on market and design trends
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with competitive incentives linked directly to confirmed sales. The commission structure supports fairness during our market-entry phase, with full details shared during discussions with shortlisted candidates.
