As a Trade Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

· Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts and planning

· Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel

· Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget

· Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation

· Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display

· Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

· Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

· Outdoor events in conjunction with marketing and Customer Service

· Conduct on the job training

· Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brand’s reach

· Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners

· Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

· Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

· Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors

· Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to drive sales and brand growth

· Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and targets for Modern trade and general trade
