Job Description
Responsibilities:
Trade maintenance / onboarding of customers (buyers/Suppliers) under Trade Finance applications.
Required to provision / maintain requested entitlements as per the standard process manual within the agreed timeline and quality.
Work as a part of coordinated team, understand the requirements from clients, able to demonstrate good customer oriented work culture.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Ensure and monitor the right focus is placed on Zero Error processing of transactions.
Root cause analysis to be performed on errors.
Improvement in process by automation and process enhancements and ensuring that the goals are met.
Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
