Job Summary
As a Trade Operations Specialist within the Middle Office teams, you will be responsible for managing reconciliations and control functions for trades. Your duties will include investigating trade break queries, performing control functions, and spearheading firm-wide projects. You will also review key metrics and devise strategies to enhance processes and boost capacity
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Middle Office teams for trade reconciliations.
Investigate trade break queries and analyze bookings.
Amend trades in risk management and assess PNL impact.
Perform control functions to align trade values with Risk and PNL.
Drive firm-wide and industry projects with project leads.
Review key metrics for controls and efficiency.
Generate efficiencies by improving processes and STP.
Build strong relationships across global teams.
Ensure alignment with risk management and downstream applications.
Manage operational risk and control gaps.
Enhance team and system efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 4 years in FX or Derivative Operations (Middle/Back Office).
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and transaction cycle understanding.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Build strong relationships across global cross-functional teams.
Drive results through a hands-on approach.
Manage a team of high achievers with diverse skills.
Operate effectively in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
