Job Responsibilities:
To liaise with Global partners, Settlement Teams and Asset Servicing to resolve Reconciliations Breaks related to the Prime Brokerage Product
Perform key controls across the trade lifecycle process
Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies. Investigations and resolving of stock breaks
Escalation of high value / aged and unknown exceptions. Liaising with Asset Servicing / Tax / Settlements to identify exceptions and resolve
Review and application of incoming client payments. Accurate forecasting cash management predictions
Make sure adherence to company policies and develop changes to office policies and procedures
Key Skills Required
Analytical skills
Financial services experience with an interest in securities and investments
Ability to work under pressure due to cut-off times and volumes
Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
Initiative to deal effectively with unfamiliar situations
Experience of Reconciliations
Experience within Prime Brokerage / Securities Settlements / Asset Servicing
