SFTR requirements - training will be provided initially and on an ongoing basis • SFTR reporting lead from a Regulatory Back Office perspective, Perform BAU, testing when required and remediate exception reporting and be primary point of contact. • Own query remediation, trade life-cycling and other day-to-day processing, ensuring timely escalation, to minimise risk. • Understand the Repo Collateral trade lifecycle from front to back and be the go-to person for SFTR processing and reporting. • Pairing Matching • Reconciliation • Face of Operations to Global Markets London Sales - primary point of contact: • SFTR post execution processing / queries, represent Operations functions • Build team profile with the Front Office • Quickly learn products and processes and add value to SFTR reporting and exception management. • Build a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming additional SFTR regulation. UK, EU U.S reporting requirements • Have experience of transaction reporting preferably of the following Dodd Frank, EMIR,TRACE, MiFID II Manage/filter data in Excel to monitor pre agreed exceptions and anomalies. • General market knowledge and understanding of financial products, how they are traded and end to end operational processes • Good financial services experience including understanding of the regulatory environment • Strong communication skills - verbal and written. • Fully competent in the use of MS Office applications. • Liaise with London compliance team to resolve identified issues. Trade Sales Support • Provide daily support to London Sales and Trading desks • Developing and improving reconciliations Front Office/Back Office(FOBO) • Knowledge of Coupon payments and investigation of claims • Confident to liaise with Sales and Trading colleagues Products • Euro-Bonds • ZAR Government Bonds • Corporate Bonds • Interest Rate Swaps • FX Derivatives • FX Forwards Systems • Murex • Trade Repositories: UnaVista, DTCC • Bloomberg (IB Chat and MTF) • Trade Web SEF/MTF • Markitwire , This job is provided by Shine.com
