Trade Waiter – Full-Time
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Employer: Super Normal (Vic) Pty Ltd TA Supernormal
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus super)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced premium dining environment? We’re looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join our dynamic team and provide outstanding hospitality to our valued clients.
Supernormal is a modern pan – Asian restaurant which operates seven days a week 11am till late offering lunch and dinner service. It offers a wide range of Asian inspired dishes that can be matched to a large variety of wines, sake and spirits. The space houses a long open kitchen and bar, main dining area and a private dining room. The restaurant provides full table service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional table service to guests, ensuring a premium dining experience.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and specials.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter in a premium dining or trade-focused hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
