Job Description
Trademark Prosecution: Handle trademark filing, registration, renewals, and related IP formalities.
• Trademark Litigation: Assist in trademark opposition, cancellation, infringement, and enforcement matters.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to provide practical and commercially sound solutions.
• Due Diligence & Compliance: Conduct trademark due diligence, maintain IP portfolios, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed legal research on trademark and IP law matters and provide actionable guidance.
Ideal Candidate:
• Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience in trademark prosecution and litigation.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and litigation skills.
• Educational background: LLB, with specialization or exposure to IP law preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple trademark matters efficiently.
