Versatile Steel Fixing – Now Hiring (WA Projects | Metro & Regional)
Versatile Steel Fixing is a Western Australia–based specialist contractor delivering high-performance steel fixing, reinforcement prefabrication, and concreting solutions across major infrastructure, mining, and commercial projects.
Since our establishment in 2022, we have rapidly built a reputation for quality, safety, and delivery certainty, working alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on complex projects across WA.
Due to continued growth and project demand, we are seeking experienced, motivated, and flexible workers to join our expanding team.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable team members who can contribute to high-performing site crews across multiple projects throughout Western Australia.

General Requirements
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset
Honesty, reliability, and clear communication
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
Flexibility to work across various tasks and project environments
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
Previous experience in construction or related fields (preferred)
Leadership potential (advantageous but not essential)
Has got White Card
Willingness to work on regional and remote WA sites (FIFO/DIDO when required) Positions Available

Trade-Specific Requirements
Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
Proven experience in civil, infrastructure, or commercial construction
Understanding of construction materials and methodologies
Ability to read drawings (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and site organisation
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience on major contractor sites (desirable)
