Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen operations with a focus on Indian cuisine, particularly Punjabi and regional specialties
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Design, develop, and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Indian flavours with creative flair
• Maintain food cost, labour, and inventory control in line with budgetary goals
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in high-end Indian kitchens, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience at prestigious Indian restaurants such as IKK Panjab or Loya ( Taj Hotels)s highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Punjabi and regional Indian culinary techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, multicultural environment
