• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and motion graphics
• Ability to conceptualize ideas on own, convert them into visually engaging content
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency and process efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with team leadership efficiency
