Coordinating the shipping, receiving, imaging, and repairs of laptops with IT vendors in multiple countries.

- Tracking new hire forecasts and current stock of devices to recommend necessary purchases or disposals.

- Providing charge back details to Finance for purchased items.

- Keeping Hacketts inventory up to date.

For software management, you will be required to:

- Obtain approvals, provision, and track software licenses.

- Provide charge back details to Finance for purchased software.

- Conduct audits on software license usage during renewals.

- Ensure Hacketts inventory is up to date.
