Shift - Starting time Ranges from 3am - 7am (+ hours a day, 5 days a week), includes working on one of the Saturdays in a month.
Qualifications - Commerce graduate (freshers)
Basic Criterions
· Very good with numbers (must) and eye for details.
· Ready to work in the early shift.
· Ready to work for a Non-voice job.
· Language: Fluent English

Roles and responsibilities
· Checking documents which are received for processing a loan application and update sales team in a timely manner with the documents that are pending.
· Verify documents with adherence to AML & KYC guidelines.
· Updating Salesforce with the all the relevant details which are required to process loan application.
· Assessing Credit files and preparation of Credit Assessment Memo (CAM) within the stipulated TAT with no errors.
· Assess Bank Statements across all formats received and analyze the key areas which needs to be highlighted in the Credit assessment Memo (CAM).
· Should exhibit accountability, ownership and decision-making capabilities.
· Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment.
· Support management and live upto stakeholders’ expectations.
· Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast paced, high volume environment.
· Think of innovative ideas which will reduce the cost, time & errors for the business.
· Conduct training or be an active part of the training whenever business requires.
· Assessing financial statements and providing important notes on the health of the business and ascertain the risk and credit worthiness of a client / entity.
- Ensure classification of the items should be correct while assessing financial statements.
