Trainee Childcare Educator (Full Time)

Qualification: Commencing or continuing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (traineeship)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Childcare Educator to join our team in Belmore. This is a full-time traineeship position, ideal for a recent school leaver or someone beginning their career in early childhood education.
The successful candidate will either commence a traineeship with us or continue an existing traineeship, while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and professional early learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support educators in the daily care and supervision of children
Assist with implementing play-based learning experiences
Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Follow centre policies, procedures, and child safety requirements
Participate in training, assessments, and professional development related to the traineeship
About You
A genuine interest in working with young children
Currently enrolled in, or willing to commence, a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Suitable for school leavers or those starting a career in childcare
Essential Requirements
Willingness to obtain or already hold:
Working With Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
Commitment to completing traineeship requirements
