Position Summary
We are looking for ambitious and motivated MBA Marketing graduates who have a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidates will have foundational knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content.
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising:
• Assist in the creation and management of PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Generate regular reports on PPC campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
• Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of SEO and PPC principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
