We are looking for Trainee Graphic Designer to work with our Marketing team who will lead marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and demand generation.
Someone who has:
• Bachelors or Masters from a Design school.
• 0-1 years of professional graphic design experience across multiple platforms/devices using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Fluency with Figma and Adobe Premiere pro is a plus
• Basic understanding of the technical website fundamentals (HTML, CSS).
• Comfortable communicating cross-departmentally and taking constructive feedback.
Good to have:
• HubSpot Marketing Automation + integration with Salesforce
• Basics of UI & UX principles
• Multimedia design.
• Abode After effect and Webflow.
What you will do:
• Lead the development of Infrrd’s brand throughout our digital platforms and manage internal expectations/support throughout the process.
• Create best practice for website standards/building/testing for growing Marketing team.
• Ensure consistency/functionality/stability/scalability across digital presence (desktop, mobile, tablets, ebooks, gifs) and the integration between our client CMS programs and data feeds into our website.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders within our engineering, product, and sales teams to gather relevant market research for our branding resources and ensure web/app logic is integrated correctly.
• Create responsive designs for both our internal and external tools/platforms as well as our website
• Design new pages, update existing ones and add content where needed.
• Lead the overall design vision that enhances our business goals across the company.
• Develop your own toolbox of processes and techniques to identify problems and generate creative solutions.
• Work on branding and defining design systems for marquee products developed by Infrrd
