Job Description:

We are looking for 5 Fresh Graduates who can join as Trainee Recruiter.

It is a day-shift job and will have excellent career prospects.

The Selected candidates will be given training on entire IT Recruitment Process and other Process Flows with respect to Recruitment.

Ideal Candidates should have the right attitude with good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualification:

Any graduate /undergraduate who is/has With Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

A flair understanding of Recruitment and its process.

A willingness to be supportive and understands the absolute importance of confidentiality.

Role:

Initially the primarily focus on sourcing of resumes/candidates from various sources such as Job boards, Social networking groups, building partners etc.

Sourcing of high quality resumes and forward to next level.

Will be groomed to become independent and carry out end-to-end recruiting. Assist the Recruitment Lead in terms of day to day requirements.
