A bit about the role:

Our IT Team are responsible for all of Council’s IT requirements. Addressing a variety of IT issues, investigating and creating solutions for problems, utilising enterprise level systems and ensuring the health of devices and systems.

In a trainee, we look for:

Excellent Customer Service abilities

Enthusiastic about Information Technology

Eager to learn and explore

Good organisation skills and attention to detail

Good problem-solving skills

What you can learn:

All aspects of Information Technology

Effective communication across teams

How to manage your time and priorities

Working as part of a larger team environment

Experience with enterprise-level systems

Versatile IT skills applicable across various industries

Confidence working with teams

An IT Support traineeship is full time employment for 2 years and the proposed study will be a Certificate III in Information Technology.
