Our team comprises about 80 people, and we aim to scale to 120 people in the next 12 to 15 months. Scaling goes beyond headcount; it’s about improving the quality of talent, productivity, and processes and building a values-led company.
The unique part of our business is that we are employed-owned, profitable, and not controlled by investors. We have a strong belief that building a company for the long run requires sustainable profits rather than investor dollars. We are building a company that lasts generations.

About the Role
The role of a Lead Sourcing KPO Analyst is an essential part of the chain. As an agency that specializes in hiring top-tier talent, we are looking for someone to help us stay ahead of the curve. Your primary responsibility will be sifting through mountains of lead data to uncover the hidden gems - those qualified leads that will help us take our client's web and mobile apps to the next level.
As a Trainee, we don’t expect you to be an expert, but if you don’t aspire to be one, please don’t apply. This is not your run-of-the-mill lead sourcing position. We need someone who's internet savvy, creative, resourceful and knows how to find leads in unexpected places. You will work closely with the Outbound team to help them execute email campaigns. You'll be tapping into a variety of platforms to source the most relevant and promising leads, helping us build a strong foundation for our success..
Responsibilities
Build outbound lead lists for personalized and mass emailing campaigns
Research on the internet to find Business information of the leads
Validate and verify the information about the leads
Create and manage Leads to Sourcing Templates
Upload and manage leads data into the CRM
Help the team in setting up automated marketing campaigns
This opportunity is only available for college students interested in a Summer Training internship.
Desired Experience
Technical Skills
Decent understanding and fluency of G-Suite tools like Google sheets, Google docs, Google presentations, etc.
Awareness of general lead sourcing tools like Apollo, Lead411, Lusha etc.
Ability to conduct thorough research on the internet and knowledge of search operators on various search engines and social platforms.
Soft Skills
Strong communicator
Proactive and perseverance
Open to work on monotonous work environment.
Able to meet deadlines
