Trainee NDT Technician.
Birmingham (M5 / M6 area).
£22,500 - £26,500.
Celebrating their 100th Birthday this year, my client is a progressive organisation with a great reputation. Providing metal finishing services, primarily to the aerospace and defence industries, they have recently become extremely busy, with a bursting orderbook to match.
As a result, an opportunity has now arisen for a Trainee NDT Technician to join them and support their non-destructive testing department at their manufacturing site in Birmingham. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the secure career prospects you are seeking?
Working closely with the CEO, full training will be provided, as you learn and develop the skillset to complete an array of non-destructive testing processes, such as dye penetrant inspection and acid etch.
The role would perfectly suit a current Quality Inspector or Lab Technician, who is already comfortable with working with precision instruments and now looking to advance their career; whilst completing “in demand” qualifications.
In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of £22,500 - £26,500, dependent on experience, with an early finish every Friday and 32 days holiday per year (including Bank holidays).
