Roles and responsibilities:
- Look for placement opportunities in the market for the students of the Lighthouse.
- Coordination for interviews of students with various companies.
- Ensuring that students attend the interviews and take their feedback to look for improvement.
- Building a strong connection with the Youth and ensuring that their problems are addressed.
- Maintaining placement related student records in the Master Sheet.
- Coordinating with the Placement Manager to keep a track of the new job opportunities in the market.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
• Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
- Any Graduation
- Deep empathy and a strong commitment towards Youth’s development and growth.
- Good Proficiency of MS Office preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.
- Should be a Team Player.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
