Pay - Rs.10,000.00 - Rs.14,000.00 per month
Job type - Full-time
Schedule - Day shift
About the role:
AIFI seeks a trainee who will assist the work of Senior Manager. The position is based at AIFI’s Pune office. The Trainee would join us for a period of one year of probation. At the end of one year, he would be made permanent depending on his performance. The tenure of probation could be extended to a maximum of another year if deemed necessary by the Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing media reports and press notes for media interaction;
• Assisting Sr. Manager in organizing Press Meets at concerned cities at regular intervals;
• Gathering of periodical articles / inputs which are of interest to the forging industry and circulating the same to the members.
• Responsible for regular updating of suppliers’ Directory and members’ directory
• Responsible for assisting in Forging Industry Report.
• Any other assignments entrusted by the Managing Committee / Senior officers from time to time.
• Assisting Sr. Manager in work related to arrangement of training/meeting/ conference event.
• Cold calling
Qualifications:
• The trainee must have completed bachelor’s course from a renowned college.
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess prior experience/knowledge of similar work responsibilities.
• Applicant must be disciplined about staying on task conscientious about follow-through and timeline and willing to engage in outreach tasks such as cold calling.
• Applicant must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent oral and written skills, interpersonal skills and technical skills required.
