You will be trained to perform the following:
Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
