Technical Trainers (Part-time) required Are you a software engineer looking for Passive income? RP2 is looking for Part-time trainers to join our mission to empower individuals to learn and grow. The role expects you to have mastery over the content along with availability to deliver the predefined content in the simplest manner possible. The sessions will be held online, and you are expected to give 6 hours on a week. Open positions - 5 Salesforce - 1 Data Science - ML /AI - 1 Web Development -1 Cloud – Azure & AWS - 1 Python Django -1 Roles & Responsibilities - You’ll be mentoring graduate or post graduate students via LIVE online classes, either 1-on-1 or in small groups. Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide technical training programs according to RP2 requirements. • Help students in the practical execution and mentoring them to complete their project sessions. • Determine course content according to objectives • Prepare training and project material • Execute training sessions, workshops etc. in groups or individually • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements Job Requirements • Coding background experience, either via your job, your college degree, or your hobby. • Strong WIFI access • A laptop with a clear web camera and working microphone • Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills • Proficient in English (Required) Work Timings: Flexible (You can choose your own work timings between IST 10 am to IST + pm) Work Location: Work from anywhere Commitment - Min. 6 hrs/week (Min 24 Hours & Max 30 Hours/Month) Compensation: - Dependent upon the number of classes you take.
