Designation: Trainee Software EngineerQualification: - BE, B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc., or B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalentWorking Hours: + AM to 6 PMFull-Time JobExperience: FreshersRoles and Responsibilities:-Analytical and complex problem-solving capabilitiesHave basic knowledge of OOPs (Object Oriented Programming) concept in any programming languageAble to learn and understand the technical requirements for the implementationContinuously discover, learn and evaluate new technologies to maximize development efficiencyHave basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQLCapacity to learn high standards of codingCompleting all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible. Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement. Conducting research and collating data.Coding computer programsSupport day-to-day software development activities as assigned by the Software Engineering Leader/ManagerTimely completion of daily assigned projects as per requirementsComplete adherence to all metrics and parameters associated with each project through the completion of the projectEffective Time managementFollow the conditions set out in their employment contract.Perform work as directed by their supervisor.Have basic knowledge of UI designFollow all legal instructions and directives (e.g. dress codes, health and safety procedures)Coding computer programsSupport day-to-day software development activities as assigned by the Software Engineering Leader/ManagerBehave politely and professionally.Timely completion of daily assigned projects as per requirementsComplete adherence to all metrics and parameters associated with each project through the completion of the projectEffective Time managementDevelop module specification documents for an internal purposeEnsure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program DeliverablesLead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiativesDevelop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and reliability of the deliverables and system.Completing assigned projects on time within set quality parametersCheck coding standards and deliverables against each project/product specifications for their own and their junior engineers before delivery.Develop module specification documents for an internal purposeEnsure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program DeliverablesLead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiativesDevelop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and reliability of the deliverables and system.Skills:-Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Test methodologiesGood knowledge of defect life cycle & Agile conceptsBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, any programming language with strong academic records and analytical skillsShould have strong knowledge of C++/ JavaASP.Net, Visual Studio, VSTS, .Net Core, REST APIs, SQL, MYSQLComputer Programming and CodingSoftware DevelopmentObject-Oriented Design (OOD)Software Testing and DebuggingProblem Solving and Logical ThinkingWritten and Verbal CommunicationTeamworkFind a Home for Your Software Engineering SkillsShould have good analytical and logical skillsGood knowledge of testing conceptsKnowledge of test case creation and execution
