Experience and
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline or MS/ MSc or MCA
Willing to work as a Product Technical support Engineer
Must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written as you will be responsible to communicate with UK/USA and abroad clients.
The desire to learn and build new skills every day
Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and reliable
Great analytical and problem-solving skills help in resolving the issue faster
Strong troubleshooting, and diagnosing skills to resolve technical issues
Must be flexible to work a different timezone
Should be able to understand and analyze the issues stated by the customers.
