Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join our team, with a view of providing the potential candidate with a training contract upon successful completion of probationary period. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in private client work and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to the private client team.
• Manage client files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Liaise with clients, both in person and via digital communication platforms.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Conduct legal research as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in private client work.
• Proficiency in digital tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, legal research databases).
• Experience with a digital CMS preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
