Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with strong communication and facilitation skills to train and develop teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Voice Process training for batches of 20–30 trainees.
• Manage end-to-end training including NHT, PKT, and refresher sessions.
• Execute training metrics such as TNA, TNI, and TTT.
• Prepare and deliver effective training modules using PPT and Excel.
• Maintain training performance reports and ensure continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO (Voice Process).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and training documentation.
• Familiarity with TNA, TNI, TTT, NHT, PKT, and Refresher training formats.

• Shift: Day shift
• Week Off: Sunday fixed off
