Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
· As a trainer, you will develop and deliver training to our students.
Job Requirements:
· This role is primarily responsible for the management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization
· Having knowledge about the Banking and Insurance and Financial Planning, Capital markets etc.
· Design, develop and deliver training programs.
· Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements
· Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all our students. Also, to evaluate the effectiveness and identify the re-training needs
· Interact with teams in scheduling training activities
· Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs
· Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures in training sessions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,0++.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
