Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Trainer-BPO, you will be responsible for maintaining training documents, providing TNI, TNA, monitoring chats/calls/feedback, tracking and monitoring performance towards key metrics (CSAT, Escalations and NPS), and ensuring successful execution of training needs.
Eligibility Criteria
• Must have experience as a trainer with a minimum of 2 years in the BPO/ITES industry.
• Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation.
• Language: English and Hindi.
• Work location: Marathahalli.
• Age limit: Below 33 years.
