Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION: He/she is responsible for training delivery, mentorship of students as well as mobilization for aspirants. Must assist in coordination during placements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitation & Training :
Delivering training on Induction & Life skills, English / Basic IT, & specific Domain as per curriculum,Responsible for conducting assigned sessions as per the trackersGrooming trainees for Work readiness,Coordinating for guest lectures and field visits, arranging assignments, presentations by aspirants, extra attention to weaker aspirants, Cross facilitation at other centres
Mobilization :
Identify potential areas, carry out surveys, submit feasibility report, suggest partners / location to understand where Unnati aspirants can be mobilized,Manage Local partner relationshipCollaborate with local NGO’s | KP’s | Community workers, etc.20 – 25% of total time to be spent in mobilization
Batch Related :
Work closely with Centre Coordinator/Center Head and support him/her in batch
activities
Assessment :
Conducting Pre-test, Post-test, IYDP evaluation
Administrative & Reporting :
Attendance tracking and managementCentre upkeep for smooth runningClass management
Placement :
Tracking and monitoring attendanceAssistance to aspirants during placement interviewsHelp the placement team to have the effective participation of the aspirants.Ensure that the outcomes, actions, and questions are recorded and sent to the
placement team.
